Spinal manipulation/chiropractic adjustment
** this is performed to improve joint function, to reduce nerve irritation (i.e.”pinched nerves”), to increase spinal mobility, and to reduce pain. Dr. Knight uses a variety of hands-on techniques to facilitate functional improvement as quickly as possible.
** Dr. Knight utilizes the Palmer Package of clinical manipulative techniques as taught at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa, the birthplace of chiropractic in 1895.
Extremity manipulation
** this is performed to improve joint function and to reduce pain in a non-spinal joint (e.g. shoulder, wrist, foot, ankle). While all chiropractic doctors are highly skilled in spinal manipulation, Dr. Knight has been utilizing extremity manipulation since 1986.
TMJ (jaw joint) manipulation

In-office rehabilitation and home-exercise counseling
Everyone can benefit from chiropractic care, including children, senior citizens and post-surgical patients. The type of treatment is specific to the individual patient.
